PhD grants

We offer a range of grants for PhD students.

Postgraduate Research Awards

Awards of up to £2,500 for PhD students undertaking geographical fieldwork or data collection.

Frederick Soddy Postgraduate Award

Up to £6,000 for PhD students studying of the social, economic, and cultural life of a region.
