Robin Buxton will lead a walk around this unique location on the East coast of Norfolk. The fascinating amalgamation of the North Sea, the Broads, the Marshes and Rivers has long been Norfolk’s secret, known only to a few holidaymakers and serious sailors. The details of its water life and wildlife are little known. The afternoon will enlighten us about cranes and windpumps, peat and seals. Option of ending at the 'Nelson Head' for an early supper (£10 to £20 head).
Event information
The route will include uneven terrain. The route is not suitable for anyone who would find it difficult to walk on sand. It will last approximately 2 hours.
Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing for the activity and weather.
