Run in collaboration with the Field Studies Council, this free online event is an introduction to geographical enquiry for early career teachers. Field Studies Council aim to build confidence and create a toolkit of resources to help newer geography teachers to deliver fieldwork. During this 90min twilight session we will share information and resources to help with:

  • Promoting and identifying fieldwork opportunities throughout the curriculum.
  • Primary vs secondary data.
  • Quantitative vs qualitative data.

We know that when planning fieldwork there is a lot to think about, so in this session we will share our expertise to support your fieldwork journey and answer your queries. There will be structured support and ideas to try back at school.
