Small conferences

Our small conferences package includes exclusive use of the spacious Education Centre with modern audio and visual equipment for your plenary sessions. The adjoining Main Hall is a warm and welcoming space overlooking Kensington Gardens to host guests for networking and catering breaks.

Package

  • Exclusive use of the Education Centre with audio visual setup for conference sessions

  • Use of the adjoining Main Hall as a breakout space for networking and catering

  • Entry to the venue via the Kensington Gore entrance

  • Available to be booked for a half or full day between 8.00am and 5.30pm

Event spaces

Our bright and spacious Education Centre is an ideal space to hold conferences, workshops or large meetings. The room accommodates up to 100 delegates in a lecture theatre style but can also be laid out with round tables for smaller group discussions.

  • Lecture theatre style: 100

  • Cabaret style: 60

Originally a reception area and ballroom at Lowther Lodge, the Main Hall is steeped in history and charm. Adjoining to the Education Centre, delegates can enjoy catering and networking breaks in this beautiful space. The Hall can hold 100 people standing with room for five exhibitors at 1m x 2m per exhibit.

Audio and visual

The standard AV setup includes:

  • Panasonic laser projector

  • Lectern and lectern microphone

  • Laptop

  • Remote control for presentations

  • Speaker system

We can also provide additional microphones on request:

  • Two handheld microphones

  • Two lapel microphones

Catering

Catering is typically served in the Main Hall and can be organised with the Society’s trusted partners, Lodge Catering. If requested, catering can alternatively be arranged in the Education Centre.

Accessibility

The Education Centre and Main Hall are located on the ground floor. Toilets are located on the first floor, but a ground floor accessible toilet is available.
