About
I'm an undergraduate geography student at UEA. I'm passionate about sustainability and energy and have experience working in international teams in Singapore and the Netherlands, where I did a semester on global energy transition. Societies I am involved with include MMA, Geography and Chess.

Current or most recent role
I am a business developer for creating climate-based top trump cards for children with GEC, with the goal of spreading the importance of climate change and its effects for the future generation in educating them, whilst being fun and financially successful.
Previous experience
I'm currently in the Student Leadership Board for Bright Network Breaking Barriers Team, which targets socio-economically underrepresented groups in connecting with employers. Here, I'm in a team that specialises in connecting students and spreading awareness of this scheme in order for students across the country to gain access to employers, especially those from non-target schools.
Why I want to become a Professional Ambassador
I would love to serve as a Professional Ambassador as the values of the Society align with mine for sustainability, environmental protection and awareness on the current issues facing the climate. Educating the future is pivotal for the success the planet, and I want to be a part of that!
Types of activities

- Running activities about my career sector and the opportunities available; talking about what geographical skills I use at work and how geography is used in the 'real world'
- Inspiring young people to choose geography
- Classroom based activities or working with small groups of students to talk about career options
