Andrew Rumfitt
Andrew has worked in the business sector for over 25 years. His experience spans economic development, transport infrastructure and land use planning. His outreach work includes running business workshops with sixth form students and running practictioner seminars for undergraduates. He is passionate about geography's role in creating real-world impact.
Rosa Vasquez Espinoza
Rosa is Founder and Executive Director of Amazon Research Internacional, where she leads conservation initiatives that integrate modern science with indigenous knowledge to protect Amazonian biodiversity. Rosa is a National Geographic Explorer, and her work has been featured in The New York Times, National Geographic, and BBC.
Sarah Fell
Sarah is a Research Scientist at the Environment Agency, where she is based in the Water Team. Her work explores the impact of anthropgenic pollution and climate change on the biodivserity of freshwater ecosystems in England. Sarah has a BSc in Geography, an MSc in Ecology and Conservation, and a PhD in alpine freshwater ecosystems.
Mark Auchincloss
Mark works in the travel, leisure and tourism indusrty and a wine and walking gudie expert in Spain. Prior to this, Mark worked as a Chartered Town Planner in private practice for over 20 years.
Momin Ashraf
Momin is a Geospatial Consultant at Satellite Applications Catapult. He has a Human Geography degree and a Master's in Sustainable Urban Development from the University of Oxford. He uses his expertise in geospatial data to work with governments and NGOs in conflict and post conflict zones.
Tim Price-Walker
Tim specialises in organisational change management and is currently Change Manager at Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. He has expertise in geography and ecological education and has written numerous articles and papers on promoting geography in education. He is a Justice of the Peace for New Zealand and conservation volunteer.
Mansi Shukla
Mansi is a Prinical Land Consultant at WSP in the UK, an environmental consultancy firm. She is a geospatial professional, with expertise in GIS, spatial analysis and remote sensing. She is enthusistic about promoting the role of GIS and it's neccessity in geography education.
Mike D'Alton
Mike is Director of Strategic Growth at WSP in the UK, an environmental consultancy firm. He has a degree in geography, MSc in Transportation and Highway Engineering and an Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
John Snelling
John is a Head of Geography and Chair of the Geographical Association's Independent Schools' Special Interest Group. He has extensive experience with supporting students with applying to study geography at university, and has worked as a coach and mentor for teachers and apsiring RGS Fellows.
Jemima Letts
Jemima works as a Forestry Manager at Chatsworths Estate and leads on the creation of GIS related resources. She has completed extensive outreach work within forestry, including running a social enterprise that helped introduce young people to environmental careers.
Neal Archer
Neal leads on outreach for the Defence Geographic Centre and the Government Geography Profession. He has advised governments on international boundary issues at diplomatic levels and has worked as an Army Reservist Commander. He has extensive experience of promoting geography, including at careers fairs and industry conferences and exhibitions.
Matthew Leaver
Matthew is the Global GIS Platform Director for Arcadis, a data-driven consultancy company that works to deliver sustainable solutions to global challanges like the climate crisis. He has 20-years experience in GIS and is a past Chair of the Association for Geographic Information.
